Is the pictures posted on the website the real items that customer will receive?
Yes. All items received will look just like on the photos.
Do you provide Drop Shipping for Resellers and Wholesales?
Yes. We support drop shipping, when you make order you can give us your customer's shipping address and we will handle the shipping for you.
What should I do if I never received the shipment?
You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we convinced the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.

About Shipping
Do I know before I order how much shipping will be? Do I have shipping options?
Yes. Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. We will ship your order via your chosen shipping method within 48 hours of receiving your complete payment for the item(s). Further details are provided on our Shipping page.
How long will it take to get my order after you receive my order? 
When we receive your order, it may take 2 days to process. Once the item is shipped you will receive it about 10 business days.
Where can we pick up my order? 
Your order will be shipped by courier directly to your door.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Money Gram Paypal and Bank transfer. Through our secure check-out system, you could pay by Visa, MasterCard.
It there any haldling charge I should pay?
Most of the time, you don’t need to pay any halding fee. But when you pay by Bank transfer or Credit card, our bank might charge you a few dollar sfor handling charge.
About Return and Exchange
If I don’t like the product, could I return or exchange? 
We accepts returns and exchange for any reason. Customers need to pay the shipping cost for the package back to us. No shipping cost will be refund. The return policy is 3 DAYS from day of receipt.
How can I send the package back? 
Return should be ship by courier with tracking number, and please make sure we could track the package on line.
How long will it take to receive a refund? 
For any refunds of returned items, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at our Fashion House, in order for us to inspect and process the return. After the return is confirmed valid, the refund will be issued.
